The basic truth that served as the foundation for the mountain of lies
known as vaccinations was the observation that mammals which recover
from infection with microorganisms acquire natural immunity from further
infections. Whenever cytotoxic T cells (the little Pac man cells which
devour and neutralize viruses, bacteria, and cancer cells, thus conferring
cellular immunity and are also responsible
for allograft rejection) and B cells (antibody producing cells which
confer humoral immunity by circulating in
the body's fluids or "humors", primarily serum or lymph) are
activated by various substances foreign to the body called antigens,
some of the T and B cells become memory cells. Thus, the next time the
individual meets up with that same antigen, the immune system can be
quickly triggered to demolish it. This is the process known as natural
immunity.
This truth
gave birth to a beLIEf that if a foreign antigen was injected into an
individual, that individual would then become immune to a future infection.
This beLIEf, (you see the lie in the middle), was given the name, "vaccinations".
What the promoters of vaccination failed to realize is that secretory
IgA (an antibody found predominately in saliva and secretions of the
gastrointestinal and respiratory tract mucosa) is the initial normal
antibody response to all airborne and ingested pathogens. IgA helps
protect against viral infection, agglutinate bacteria, neutralize microbial
toxins, and decrease attachment of pathogens to mucosal surfaces. What
this author has realized is that bypassing this mucosal aspect of the
immune system by directly injecting organisms into the body leads to
a corruption in the immune system itself whereby IgA is transmuted into
IgE, and/or the B cells are hyperactivated to produce pathologic amounts
of self-attacking antibody as well as suppression of cytotoxic T cells
(as explained shortly). As a result, the pathogenic viruses or bacteria
cannot be eliminated by the immune system and remain in the body, where
they cause chronic disease
and thus further grow and/or mutate as the individual is exposed to
ever more antigens and toxins in the environment. This is especially
true with pathogens grouped under the term "stealth
adapted". These are formed when vaccine viruses combine
with viruses from tissues used to culture them, or when bacteria lose
their cell walls when a person takes antibiotics and transform into
"L forms", leading to a lack of some critical antigens normally
recognized by the cellular immune system. Another example is stealth
adapted (mutated) cytomegaloviruses which arose from African green monkey
(simian) kidney cells when they were used to culture polio virus for
live polio virus vaccines. Thus, not only was the vaccinee inoculated
with polio, but with the cytomegalovirus as well.
The mechanism
by which the immune system is corrupted can best be realized when you
understand that the two poles of the immune system
(the cellular and humoral mechanisms) have a reciprocal relationship
in that when the activity of one pole is increased, the other must decrease.
Thus, when one is stimulated, the other is inhibited. Since vaccines
activate the B cells to secrete antibody, the cytotoxic (killer) T cells
are subsequently suppressed. (In fact, progressive vaccinia (following
vaccination with smallpox) occurs in the presence of high titers of
circulating antibody to the virus1 combined with suppressed cytotoxic
T cells, leading to spreading of lesions all over the body). This suppression
of the cell mediated response is thus a key factor in the development
of cancer and life threatening infections. In fact, the
"prevention" of a disease via vaccination is, in reality,
an inability to expel organisms due to the suppression of the cell-mediated
response. Thus, rather than preventing disease, the disease is actually
prevented from ever being resolved...."

end [Gandhi] had to acknowledge the necessity for animal food.
In 1946 he declared: "The crores of India today get neither milk
nor ghee nor butter, nor even buttermilk. No wonder that mortality
figures are on the increase and there is a lack of
energy in the people. It would appear as if man is really unable
to sustain life without either meat or milk and milk products.
Anyone who deceives people in this regard or countenances the fraud
is an enemy of India."

*Please
keep in mind that religions promoting vegetarian/vegan diets are not
doing so for health reasons. To the contrary, these religions are looking
to diminish the body in order to strengthen the soul. These kinds of
diets are not going to bring better health, it is biologically impossible
and that is not the goal of these religious practices. If you follow
vegetarian and especially vegan dietary guidelines, you must accept
that doing so long-term will ultimately result in degenerative health
problems and disease.*
Nutritional
Diet Comparison chart: "Meat Eater - Vegetarian - Vegan"
The chart below compares the level of essential body-rebuilding
nutrients available through the three main dietary lifestyles.
I used scoring to illustrate the importance of eating animal foods as
compared to limiting nutritional intake to only vegetables.
The chart assumes each dieter is eating ideally within their
diet specifications. Some vital nutrients need to be supplemented
(ie: EFAs and Minerals). The chart assumes these supplemented
nutrients are present.
Meat Eaters get 100% of what they need from meat so
I excluded the scores from the vegetables, soy, and grains/cereals since
meat provides not only protein, but
vitamins - both water and fat soluble and healthy natural fats.
So the scores for vegetables, soy and grains are all inclusive in the
meat and animal byproduct’s scores.

"...I have not found a single group
of primitive racial stock which was building and maintaining excellent
bodies by living entirely on plant foods. I have found in many
parts of the world most devout representatives of modern ethical systems
advocating the restriction of foods to the vegetable products. In every
instance where the groups involved had been long under this teaching,
I found evidence of degeneration in the form of dental caries,
and in the new generation in the form of abnormal dental arches
to an extent very much higher than in the primitive groups who
were not under this influence."
Comment Added: It's important to relate that in every
primitive tribe Dr. Price studies that ate primarily meat, dairy products,
organ meats, and blood (Africa, American Indians, Eskimos, etc), with
little or no fruit and very small amounts of vegetables and grains,
there was virtually NO tooth decay, no deformities, no diseases
like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. It is interesting
to note that crime was practically nonexistent as well. As
soon as modern foods were introduced like white four, sugar, vegetable
fats, and canned foods, etc, degenerative diseases set in and in some
cases even threatened the extension of the tribe! These
degenerative effects would show up in the first generation after the
parents adopted the "white man's" foods .I highly
recommend this book to anyone who truly cares about nutrition and health!

can get the protein and healthy natural fat they require by eating

Hygiene DR. Gian-Cursio about Diseases due to Vegan Diet:
Veganism caused diseases in Dr. Cursio's patients in
the 1950's, e.g.:
• children got skeletal & tooth problems, hernia,
nearsightedness, muscle-problems, deformed heads
• young adults got dental caries, gum line recession,
multiple sclerosis, blood chemistry problems, some deaths

beans are an insufficient way to get protein. Three-quarters
cup of white rice and three-quarters cup black beans gives you a whopping

WARNING!:
Deaths in the Raw-Vegan Movement:
Here, in the Eugene area, where I live, a man in the local raw food
support group died about two years ago. He was only in his forties.
For two weeks before his death, he’d been telling the leader of
that group that he was having bad chest pains, but
she just kept telling him, “oh, it’s just detox, it’s
just cleansing.” And he had been into this for a long time?
Yes, for a long time. He was one of the funding members
of the raw food support group there. His doctor, when he died, told
his wife (the man’s wife) that her husband had died of
starvation. His body just starved to death, even though
he was eating raw foods everyday. He wasn’t absorbing
enough nutrients from it.
I was telling that story to a woman in Santa Monica who is part of a
raw food support group there, and she responded by saying: “Oh
yeah, we recently had a guy who died the same way, and he wasn’t
very old either. The doctor said that his body just
starved for lack of nutrients.”
Then I was telling another woman in Florida who’s member of a
raw food support group there the same story about both these people,
the one in Eugene and the one in Santa Monica, and she responded by
saying, “Oh yeah, we’ve had two die that way."

Soy
Protein Rating: (Please

Some sources (using the PDCAAS rating system) have rated soy with a
100% protein score, like eggs white and casein. But this rating system
is flawed. Ghulam Sarwar, PhD., of the Nutrition Research Division of
the Banting Research Center in Ottawa, warns us that PDCAAS scores "clearly
overestimate the protein quality of sources that contain
anti-nutritional factors." (of which soy is the

PDCAAS
scores do not distinguish between the good and bad forms of amino acids.
High heat, pressure and chemicals can transform usable and needed
L-form amino acids into the potentially toxic D-forms.

Soy
Listed in FDA Poisonous Plant Database:
While the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a heart health
claim for soy protein, the agency also lists soy in its "Poisonous
Plant Database." A search for the word "soy" in the database
reveals 256 references, including studies that warn
about goiter, growth problems, amino acid deficiencies, mineral
mal absorption, endocrine disruption and carcinogenesis. Reference:

Soy has never attained GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status:
Soy protein did have approval for use as a binder in cardboard
boxes, and this approval was allowed to continue, as researchers
considered that migration of nitrites from the box into the food contents
would be too small to constitute a cancer risk. FDA officials called
for safety specifications and monitoring procedures before granting
of GRAS status for food. These were never performed for soy.
To this day, use of soy protein is codified as GRAS only for
this limited industrial use as a cardboard binder. This means
that soy protein must be subject to pre-market approval procedures each
time manufacturers intend to use it as a food or add it to a food. Reference:FDA

and Sex:
Celibate monks living in monasteries and leading a vegetarian lifestyle
find soy foods quite helpful because they dampen libido. Reference:

Fat-soluble vitamins:
Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-and-oil-soluble vitamins. They don't
dissolve in water. When you have a shortage of fats and oils in your
diet, your body's use of these important oil-soluble vitamins may be
reduced. Reference: Peak Performance, Radiant Health:

Personal
note: My mother used to drink mineral oil for elimination issues,
whish was terrible for her. Thank goodness she no longer does this.
I learned recently that drinking mineral oil absorbers all fat soluble
vitamins from your tissues. It's very bad for you.
Antioxidants:
When an antioxidant is used to neutralize an oxidant (free-radical)
molecule, it becomes oxidized in the process, making
it no better than the original molecule. Reference:
Rats, Drugs, and Assumptions, page 299. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) becomes
oxidized into hydroxyacrobic acid - an oxidizer itself!
Monosaccharides:
It is best not to take vitamins containing Monosaccharides. Be sure
to get the necessary fat-soluble vitamin and mineral activators, natural
fats like EFAs, butter, cream, and animal fats as well as sufficient
animal based protein in the diet. Vitamins utilized from animal proteins
are available for use by the body, while most of the
vitamins in vegetable sources are locked in the cellulose,
which isn’t digestible by humans and therefore
passes directly through us. Herbivores have the ability to digest cellulose
and access the vitamins. (see Man-Wolf-Sheep:
A Comparison). We are supposed to receive our vitamin nutrients
by eating the animal that ate the plant.This does not mean to cut all
vegetables out of your diet. There are definitely benefits to eating
1 to 2 servings low-starch/low-sugar vegetables and fruits a day. Vegetables
and fruits (preferably organic or naturally grown) contain certain anti-inflammatory
factors and in small quantities provide an aid to digestion, especially
for women.
Overdosing on vitamins, drug effects:
Vitamin supplements (taken in mega-doses) are unnecessary: “ In
amounts far in excess of the Referenced Daily Intake (RDI), vitamins
become drugs – with toxic side effects…Excess amounts
of fat-soluble vitamins are not excreted in the urine. Consuming high
doses of these vitamins (A, D, E, &K) on a regular basis can lead
to toxic buildups. Reference: Article,

Contraceptives interfere with vitamins:
Ten million American women take oral contraceptives and most of them
are unaware that the pills can interfere with the availability
of vitamins B6, B12, folic acid, and vitamin C! Reference:

High-fiber
hinders calcium retention:
Women eating lowest fat and most fiber had 20% less calcium
retention. Reference: Journal of Clinical
Nutrition, 2000, 71: 466-471.
Minerals & EFAs are destroyed in food growth and processing,
NOT vitamins:
Routine food processing often destroys many active components
in our food, especially EFAs. Many mineral supplements
aren’t utilized efficiently by the body, because
they don’t contain the proper balance of minerals in the proper
form that a food would naturally contain. Without the right minerals,
vitamins don’t work properly because they cannot be properly metabolized
since they are cofactors for vitamins. This means that the vitamins
and minerals work together. If either can’t be
utilized, there’s no point in taking them. More importantly, if
you don’t have enough EFAs in your diet, both vitamins and
minerals have little to work with. Reference: Vobecky,

Niacin
and grains:
Niacin [in grains] is not in a bio available
[usable] from. Reference: Basic Medical
Biochemistry, pg. 16.
Most beneficial
nutritional substances must be coupled with a protein or amino
acids to enter our body's cells. Reference:

CoQ10
and Cholesterol:
CoQ10 is derived from cholesterol. So if you have too
little cholesterol, you may be short on CoQ10. Reference:
